Hannah Yeoh incompetency and lacking football knowledge may lead to Malaysian Youth Football system destruction and collapsed

Why what minister did is a destructive and negative actions for Malaysian football. A decade of youth football development system may collapsed.

1. Minister said NFDP are wasting of tax payers money.

2. Negative mindset led by minister by saying football youth development program don't bring benefits to the nation.

3. Prolonged undecided decision. Meeting led by minister begin since 2024 but no positive outcome, dragging the situation with uncertainty.

4. The involvement of external personnel from AFC in deciding national football future.

5. Incompatible and lacking of football knowledge by the minister.

6. Planning to remove the base of youth football system that have planned for 10 years development.

7. Minister look like incompatible and lacking football commercialization skills.

8. Don't know how to generate new source of income in football ecosystem.

What's the right actions should be done by minister,

1. It's minister responsibility to look for new funding for football development. That's why she has been paid for the post she hold.

2. It's never a waste of money when we spend more money for youth football ecosystem. We develop youngsters that later on will contributing back to the nation.

3. There's big ecosystem along with the youth footballer. Which is the coaching lineup, administration and management, supply chain, regulators.

4. People in these ecosystem actually contributing back to economic growth and also paying taxes to contribute to national funding.

5. Minister should be knowledgeable to make quick and firm in deciding the best decision for the benefits of national football.

6. Minister should consult local football expertise, not the foreign who don't understand local football culture.

7. Minister should focus on strengthening current NFDP ecosystem.

8. Since the beginning process already done by previous leaders begin in 2011, it's now mature enough and important to bring the system to the next stages.

9. Direct involvement with incapable actions should be avoided by the minister to avoid Malaysian football suspension.

Why we need to speak up about this?

Because we care about Malaysian Youth Football system, these destructive actions by Minister Hannah Yeoh must be stopped.

If not, 13 years of youth football base development and money spent will be wasted.

The current good reputation developed by youth system NFDP has been tear up while positively it should be use as a base for further positive development.
