      I will reviewing few major mistakes that have killing football ecosystems in this article. At first, what is the meaning of football ecosystems?

Football Ecosystems

Football ecosystems mean all the ecosystems related to football industry or business. Including football team, management, grassroots, coaching, finance, facility, supply chains and many more.

Mistakes in this analysis mean an action that give negative results to football ecosystems.

What to expect at the end of this analysis?

   A list of guidance that will help all parties involved in football ecosystems in creating awareness and develop football ecosystems into better situation.

1. Release a statement that football is a waste of tax payers money

   This statement are absolutely not right since all peoples in football ecosystems actually paying taxes too. So they're actually contributing to the economy. In countries, example Spain and UK, football industries are one of their key economic contributor created millions dollars each year from taxes and working permit.

2. Football Club not owning their own assets and facilities

   Football clubs are not owning their own assets so they cannot generate big margin in profit and only get minimal revenue. Basic facilities like land, football pitch, stadium, seats capacity and few merchandise facilities around the stadium are owned by state government or local community. This makes the revenue from tickets will go to the state government first, then only few will go to the football club.

3. Incompetent Person

   When an incompetent person lead the football club, all the football staff hired by him also incompetent because he don't understand football management system. So he won't be able to setup good rules and policy in club management system.

4. Poor Cashflow Management

   High Operational cost (Opex) and expenses beyond yearly income revenue will resulting overspending each year. Not properly manage the financial condition will damage the football club ability in paying it expenses and cost to operate.

5. Relying on debts and external funds to survive

   Heavily depends on debts and external funds are good short-term but it is not a permanent cash for football clubs. If no new cash flow generated, the clubs may bankrupt.

6. Don't have good scout team

 Scout team are important to analyst football talent within the club or outside. Good scout team can suggests which part of the club need to be strengthened and can suggest good transfer options at good value.

7. Don't have good local talent development

   Behind good football team is a good coaching lineup. Important coaching roles need to be strengthened and send for training until highly capable in polishing good footballers. Fitness, Youngster, Attack, Defense, and Set-Pieces are few key coaching roles.

8. Weak branding strategy

   Club branding are very important, building a good reputation and embedded with great stories will grow the fans based.

9. Poor training facilities and bad pitch

   This mistake are the continuity from not owning own assets. As a result of it, training facilities and football pitch that not owned by club are unable to upgrade due too cost, if requested to upgrade, the process will be costly and taking long time. Even if successfully upgraded, the rental cost will increase.

   Another reason is the facilities is being handled by someone who don't know about football.

10. No budget for players marketing

   Player Marketing are also sometimes ignored by clubs. Good player marketing will create good image and build good reputation to the players. This at the end will increase players value and growing their career.
